Superior
Electric Motors has been in business since June 1st, 2004, and
Owner/Operator Dale Jouett has impressive experience covering more than 19
years. Dale began learning the trade in 1990 working for large
agricultural conglomerates and a small motor repair shop. Within 1
year he was providing the area with services that included electric motor
sales & repair, residential and agricultural wiring, and hydraulic repair.
Between 1990 and 2004 Dale worked for two
separate area motor repair shops. From 1999 to 2000 he worked as a
"Millwright" in the ADM Corn Sweeteners Plant in Decatur, IL using his
knowledge of electricity and electric motors to help him excel in setting up
conveyors, dryers and pumps throughout the plant.
Dale had always wanted to run his own
business. He says there is a certain business-owner/customer
relationship that should exist that never was practiced when working for
other employers. Dale enjoys talking to his customers and making sure
they understand the exact problem and have been given all of the options
available in making cost effective decisions about their piece of equipment.
Dale does all of the work in the shop
himself and has no other employees at this time. This way, from the
time he picks up your motor or receives it into his shop, he is in control
of and knows everything about your needs. Unlike other motor shops
that can have numerous people performing different tasks on your equipment,
Superior Electric Motor customers get the benefit of direct contact with
their service-provider who takes care of their equipment from start to
finish.
Dale's main business priority
is to perform quality work at reasonable prices while maintaining a small-town
feel to his business and a personal relationship with his customers. |
